SHIPPING POLICY
This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) will be effective from 11th November 2025 (“Effective Date”).
Sam & Marshall LLP (“Company”) is committed to conducting its business operations with transparency, customer focus, and operational efficiency. As part of this commitment, the Company ensures that the shipment and delivery of its products are handled in a manner that respects consumer rights, maintains clarity in logistics, and complies with all applicable legal and regulatory standards in India.
This Shipping Policy sets out the terms and conditions under which orders are processed, shipped, delivered, and, where applicable, returned or addressed in case of delays or defects.
1. DEFINITIONS
- Company: Sam & Marshall LLP engaged in online sale of Sunglasses, eyewear and related goods.
- Customer: Any individual or entity who places an order.
- Order: Confirmed request placed through website subject to payment verification.
- Dispatch: Physical handover of packaged order to logistics partner.
- Delivery: Successful handover to Customer at delivery address.
- Third-Party Logistics Provider: Independent shipping partner engaged by Company.
- Transit Issues: Delay, damage, loss or theft after dispatch.
- Working Days: Excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
- Return to Origin (RTO): Undelivered order returned to Company warehouse.
- Force Majeure Event: Events beyond Company control including disasters, strikes or cyber incidents.
2. ORDER PROCESSING
- Orders are processed within 24-48 working hours after payment verification.
- Customers receive confirmation email upon successful order placement.
- Orders may be cancelled if payment fails or stock is unavailable.
- Modification or cancellation is allowed only before order processing.
- Shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be shared post dispatch.
3. SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY
- All orders are shipped via third-party logistics aggregator.
- Domestic and International shipping available subject to serviceability.
- Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to external factors.
- Customers must monitor shipment status using tracking link provided.
- Company does not guarantee delivery timelines once dispatched.
4. SHIPPING CHARGES
- Domestic shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
- International shipping charges vary by destination and weight.
- Custom duties and taxes are borne by the Customer.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable in case of RTO or refusal.
- Company may consolidate multiple orders at its discretion.
5. THIRD-PARTY SHIPPING DISCLAIMER
Once the order is handed over to logistics partner, responsibility for delay, damage or loss transfers to the shipping provider. The Company shall not offer refund or replacement for:
- Courier delay
- Damage during shipping
- Shipment marked delivered but claimed non-receipt
- Lost or stolen packages in transit
6. FAILED DELIVERY & RTO
- Delivery attempts will be made by courier partner.
- Incorrect address or refusal may result in RTO.
- Re-shipment charges shall be borne by Customer.
- Company is not liable for delivery failures due to Customer error.
7. RETURN SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY

8. FORCE MAJEURE
The Company shall not be liable for delay or failure caused due to events beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, strikes, governmental actions, courier disruptions or pandemics.

11. GOVERNING LAW
This Policy shall be governed by the laws of India and disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.
